As a club, we wish to express our heartfelt sorrow to the family & friends of Sarah Mescall and to Inagh-Kilnamona Camogie & Hurling clubs. It is impossible to find the words that may give comfort to those close to Sarah, you are in our thoughts and prayers. May her young and gentle soul rest in peace.

Upcoming Club minor and adult championships

An early end to the year for our senior hurlers who lost out by the puck of a ball to Clonlara in last weekend’s quarter final. We thank the team and panel for their endeavours all year, the many training sessions, social events sacrificed and efforts given during games. We can confirm that the management team of Matt Shannon, Ronan Cooney, Liam Cronin, Gerry O’Connor & Barry Nugent have officially stepped down from their roles. We have made great strides with Matt & Co. over the past 5 years, reaching knockout stages each year, contesting last years final and semi-finals in 2021 and 2020. We wish to express a huge gratitude to each one of them and others that have been involved in varying capacities during that time who have given heart and soul in their efforts. A new era beckons for 2024, on we go.

2023 Qtr final - Éire Óg 0.14 to 1.14 Clonlara

2022 County final - Éire Óg 1.16 to 2.14 Ballyea

2021 semi final - Éire Óg 0.17 to 1.17 Inagh Kilnamona

2020 semi final - Éire Óg 1.13 to 0.17 Sixmilebridge

2019 quarter final - Éire Óg 1.19 to 3.16 Sixmilebridge

Another busy weekend is in store for the club, starting with our Junior B hurlers this evening in Éire Óg (nb venue change), tomorrow sees our junior A footballers in quarter-final action in Lissycasey while our intermediate camogie semi which fell foul to last weekend’s weather has been refixed for Tulla at 4.30pm. On Sunday, our minor footballers get the action underway in a semi away to Corofin at 11am, our junior B footballers play at 12 in Clareabbey (nb venue change) and at 3pm our senior footballers vie for a spot in this year’s County final with Cratloe as opposition.

The very best of luck to all our teams in action, we hope to see as many as possible out supporting from senior through to minor. Come on the Townies.
