Intercounty

Commiserations to Shane, David, Aaron, Oran & team on last weekend’s semi final result. What a great year’s entertainment we have had on the field with them, the highs and the lows all collectively felt. We leave it behind now till next year when on we go. All-Ireland hurling final

The club will receive a small number of tickets for Sunday week’s All-Ireland hurling final between Kilkenny and Limerick. Any club member who wishes to be considered for a ticket can contact club Secretary Aileen by email: secretary.eireogennis.clare@gaa.ie or text: 087-6839207 by Friday night (14th July) at 8pm.

NB:

  • Please include your full name, email, phone number when applying.
  • Members who coach or volunteer with the club should note that when applying.
  • Members who have commenced contributions to the gym & dressing room project should note that when applying.
  • The draw is open to those with full adult, OAP or family membership only.
  • The draw will take place this Saturday night (15th July), those drawn will be phoned to collect and pay for your ticket on the night. Tickets cost €90 each.

A big congrats to Éire Óg’s Oisin Fitzgerald who will be playing at half time in the final, it’s back to back finals for the family as Oisin’s cousin Katie Conlan played at half time last year. Well done, and have a super day.

Congratulations to club member, Pat Daly, who was elected Mayor of Ennis Municipal District on June 29th, Pat succeeds Cllr. Clare Colleran Molloy in the role and we wish him the very best of luck with it.
